Bulford Military Court Centre

The Military Court Centre at Bulford Camp, which opened in 2006, serves Army detachments on Salisbury Plain area as well as well as south and south west based RAF, Royal Navy, Royal Marines and RAF units . In addition, it doesn’t just deal with regular forces personnel – it also deals with territorial and reserve forces too.

Military Courts – the need for specialist legal representation

Hearings at Bulford Court Martial Centre, along with the other 3 main Court Centres in Sennelager in Germany, Colchester and Catterick, are quite different from those in civilian courts. So, if you are a serving member of HM Armed Forces, and you are due to appear in a court martial, it’s essential that you get specialist legal advice – from a solicitor who really understands military law and how the UK court martial system works.

Remember that a court martial can apply to any member of the armed forces – not only the regular army, navy and air force, but territorial and reserve forces as well.
